Superhero Squares

The Superhero Squares Maths group have been learning how to add numbers by counting on from the biggest number. They have been using a range of different materials. Have a look at the photo below. What number is shown with place value materials?

      You are right Tahlia the picture does show 13. What would my number be if I added 4 more?
